Nata Samnidze

Nata Samnidze is the Founder and Director of ProfitKey Properties, with more than 14 years across real estate and hospitality in Batumi. She started in 2011, right as the apart-hotel concept and the development boom began reshaping the city, working on the development side before moving into hotel operations management and later sales and marketing leadership.

Over her career she has been part of teams that closed over $100 million in real estate transactions and built an international broker network spanning 18 countries, working closely with foreign investors throughout. She holds a PhD in Business Administration, alongside degrees in industrial engineering and production management from Georgia and Sweden.

Nata founded ProfitKey to give foreign investors an advisor who works for them, not the developer.
